The design building concept revolved on the effectiveness of modular constructions through techniques such as pre-fabrication, 3D printing, and application of smart technologies. To add to the building concept, modular construction's effectiveness was based on its time deliverance efficiency which would explain how the drawings are in "separate pieces" that would be joint structurally.
